 IMGC 2019 fees and categories

Early Rate through July 1, 2019

Regular Rate July 1, 2019  - September 6, 2019  

The registration fees include:

- Participation in all the conferences (Workshops, Trainee Symposium and Main Meeting)
- All the Lunches except for Wednesday Sept. 25th (Lunch boxes for this day will have to be ordered as an option when registering to the meeting)
- Participation in the Cocktail reception on Wednesday Sept. 25th
- Participation in the Gala Dinner on Saturday September 28th
- Bus transfers in the morning and at the end of the day from downtown Strasbourg to the meeting venue

Workshops Wednesday Sept. 25th.:

If you are interested in participating to a workshop, please indicate so by selecting "Yes" in the registration form.
The forseen topics of our workhops are:
Ensembl
GeneWeaver
IMPC
Next Gen Sequencing
Easi-CRISPR
You will be contacted closer to the meeting with a more destailed content of each workshop, you will then be able to select the workshop you would like to attend.

Registration Process:

Registrations are subject to validation.
Once you complete and submit the registration form, your registration will be saved.
You will be informed by email once your registration request is validated by the organizing committe, you will then be invited to proceed to payment.

To Register a Guest:

If you want to register a guest who will not participate to the congress but who would like to join our Gala Dinner and participate in our social activities, you will have to make 2 separate registrations and choose the "guest" category" and then the social activities and/or gala dinner in the proposed options.
